Temperature sensors transmit electrical information about the system temperature data, for example, to the controller that further adjusts the process in a predetermined manner. A temperature sensor also submits information on the actual temperature value to the compensation and calculation unit, based on which the volumetric flow rate Nm3 of gaseous media is modified.
