Automated condensate recovery unit
The condensate from the steam process is collected in a condensate tank. From the tank, the condensate is returned via the deaerator by a level-controlled pump. The pump pressure can be adjusted to the pump characteristic with the aid of an isolating valve and a pressure gauge.
The tanks are dimensioned depending on the amount of condensate formed in the process; the maximum capacity of standard tanks is 14,200 litre for max. condensate flow rates of 60 m³/h. For larger capacities, special designs are available on order.
