Calculations by MOTIVA suggest that 54.4 TWh of excess heat is generated at industrial plants annually; a significant part of this heat could be utilised.

Our various steam trap mapping and elaboration proposals for the improvement of process efficiency are already well known among our customers. We can also assist in energy mapping by doing field research, for example. If required, we conduct more extensive energy audits in co-operation with our partners.

Field research, however, is only the starting point for improvement activities. The report prepared based on the research is an essential component of the solution; it will identify the existing energy production losses and suggest a correction plan complete with payback periods.
